Rights relating to automated decision making, including profiling Where we apply automated decision making, we must:

– Introduce simple ways for you to request human intervention or challenge a decision;
– Carry out regular checks to make sure that our systems are working as intended

Information we collect - What and Why


Please find below a summary of the information we collect and how we use this to deliver services to you:


Operations: We collect the personal information needed to arrange a booking for the customer, including name, address, date of birth. We may also collect passport details and other preferences where necessary to support the booking. These details are necessary for us to book the requested travel arrangements and process payments. They also allow us to provide a more personal service. 


Marketing: We may use the personal details we collect in order provide targeted marketing campaigns. This will include name, address and other contact details (for example email address and phone number, depending on the campaign). These details are necessary in order to carry out the campaign. 


Transfer of data


We work with a number of service providers in the course of providing services to you. These are outlined below:


  • Outsourced cloud software including Asana, Travefy, Mailchimp, Moonstride and the Google and Microsoft Suites in order to create and manage bookings.
  • Our insurance company in the event of a claim or to allow for cover to be provided.
  • The CAA
  • The Travel Network Group, where this is necessary to service your booking
  • Our legal representatives, where a legal matter may arise specific to an individual booking
  • The suppliers of services we facilitate on your behalf, such as airlines, accommodation providers, tour operators, cruise operators and local agents, including aggregators of such services.
  • Business partners, to allow you access to the services we have negotiated on your behalf.
  • Paysafe payment gateway, in order to process you booking.

Retention of data


Mark Bratt Travel Ltd retains information for seven (7) years from our point of last contact. We hold this information to support our legal and regulatory requirements. If you object to this retention, please contact us – details provided on the contact us page.


Securing your information


Information and data security are important to us. Work From There applies technical and organisational security measures in line with industry good practices.


How we use cookies
